Requirements
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese verbal proficiency is a strong advantages.
- Need 3-5 year in full-cycle recruitment and HR coordination.
- Academic background in HR Management, HRIS, or similar courses is preferred.
- Strong ability to research, explore, and listen actively to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Result-oriented, proactive problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employees, delivering support through phone, email, and chat.Effectively manage support cases using tools.Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve moderately complex and sensitive employee issues.Ensure all guidance provided aligns with internal policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and case notes within the case management system.Manage full-cycle recruitmentBuild and maintain a recruitment database using hiring metrics and training conversion data to refine sourcing strategies and interview methodologies.Benefits
