Requirements

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese verbal proficiency is a strong advantages.
  • Need 3-5 year in full-cycle recruitment and HR coordination.
  • Academic background in HR Management, HRIS, or similar courses is preferred.
  • Strong ability to research, explore, and listen actively to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Result-oriented, proactive problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employees, delivering support through phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively manage support cases using tools.
  • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve moderately complex and sensitive employee issues.
  • Ensure all guidance provided aligns with internal policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes within the case management system.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment
  • Build and maintain a recruitment database using hiring metrics and training conversion data to refine sourcing strategies and interview methodologies.
