Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale the company’s sales efforts across different channels. This role will play a crucial part in developing growth strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong partnerships that support long-term brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across retail, distribution.
Identify new business opportunities and negotiate placement with new retailers, and pharmacies.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, stock planning, and launches
Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and forecast sales trends
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the brand at key trade events, buyer meetings, and partnership discussions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a sales or business development role within FMCG, baby care, wellness, or personal care industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
