Join MHub as Our Next Product UI / UX Designer

At MHub , we believe property transactions shouldn’t feel like a never-ending paper chase. That’s why we’ve built Malaysia’s leading property enterprise platform — powering everything from marketing and sales to post-sales, property management and even e-invoicing. Today, we handle 60% of the nation’s total primary residential transactions, and we’re aiming to set the standard for property sales across Southeast Asia.

We’re not just building software. We’re making the entire property experience faster, smarter and more human.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn complex workflows into clean, easy-to-use interfaces that make our users smile
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other designers to bring ideas to life
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and design systems in Figma
  • Run usability tests, gather feedback and iterate until the experience is just right
  • Keep our look and feel consistent across all MHub products
  • Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

  • A solid portfolio that shows your UI / UX chops (web or mobile)
  • Strong skills in Figma, Confluence, Illustrator (extra brownie points if you can do some basic HTML / CSS)
  • A love for problem-solving and turning messy processes into seamless experiences
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to explain your design choices
  • Experience in real estate, property tech or fintech is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
