Game Localization Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
• Identify and acquire new local / national / international accounts and opportunities.
• Assist in developing action plans to meet assigned sales targets.
• Account management with new and existing clients with the aim to extend business and maintain relationships.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records, CRM databases, and KPIs.
• Report activities & results weekly.
• Work with the Production and Resource team to enhance service offerings.
• Participate in strategy meetings to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as needed.
