Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or related role.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is an advantage.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience in content creation and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with translation workflows and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Craft engaging and professional email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Design and write email content that aligns with the company’s voice and brand.
  • Create personalized and targeted email campaigns to engage audiences and drive business growth.
  • Monitor email marketing performance and suggest improvements for better engagement and results.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating marketing-related T&C documents in collaboration with the legal or compliance team.
  • Ensure that all T&C are clear, consistent, and in line with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries related to marketing T&Cs.
  • Manage the translation process for marketing content to ensure IT is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external translators to ensure timely delivery of translated materials.
  • Review translated content to ensure alignment with the company’s tone and messaging.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for marketing campaigns and activities.
