Job descriptionDiploma in architecture and any relevant qualification. At least 3 years of working experience with a track record of recent completed projects from inception to Tender, Construction, Final Account till CMGD. Excellent technical drawing skills. Adept at using Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit. Possess own transport. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards. Strong creative and visualization skills. Free parking
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing working drawings, construction details and detailed drawings.
- Preparing tender drawing for submissions.
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Assisting in design projects from concept development until completion.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations, ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Collaborating with other construction professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
