The Structural Engineer will be a vital part of the Technical Services Team, providing engineered solutions, technical advice, and design proposals to our clients and entities across Asia and other regions as needed.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Deliver engineered solutions and design proposals utilizing Leviat products.
- Provide technical support and advice on Leviat products and their applications.
- Support product compliance initiatives in current and prospective markets.
- Assist in developing and maintaining in-house design tools and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and present internal and external technical training sessions.
- Assist with product improvement projects, including development and maintenance of design guides and technical literature.
- Stay informed on industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
- Perform all other technical and engineering responsibilities as required.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset, both externally and internally.
- Analyze situations quickly, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively, articulating thoughts clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Challenge yourself and provide constructive feedback.
Key Competencies and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering.Minimum one year of experience in structural design of buildings.Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and failure modes, especially with reinforced concrete.Experience working in a multinational environment.Goal-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, confident, proactive, and quick-thinking.Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Alignment with Leviat values, including safety.What We Offer
