• A leading Technology company is looking for an experienced Industrial Relations / Employee Relations Specialist to join their fast-moving company based in Kuala Lumpur.

Your new role As an Industrial Relations Specialist,you'll be advising on various industrial relations matters such as counselling,

disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, investigations, and employment

legislation. It contributes to the development and implementation of policies

and procedures in line with Malaysian legislation and industry best practices.

Additionally, the role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to

ensure effective staff engagement on industrial relations issues.Your responsibilities include but are not limited

to : -

Managing industrial relations matters such as comprehensive planning

in resolving company-wide disciplinary matters - including conducting

investigation and holding domestic enquiries.

Providing support, guidance and recommendations to the business

process labour disputes and grievances in a proper and timely manner . Monitor

and ensure Company-wide compliance by educating managers on a range of

employment laws topics to ensure legal compliance

Practising such as review of the code in ensuring that it is in line

with company’s initiatives and aspiration . Manage the annual employee

acknowledgement exercise and ensure compliance of the Code by the employees

Creating and initiating awareness sessions / organize awareness

programs

Risk Management – assess and identify the potential risks that may

hinder the reputation of the Company and financial loss
