As the Manager, Corporate Planning, you will play a pivotal role in crafting business strategies, setting KPIs, and ensuring that strategic projects are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead Business Planning Projects :

Own and manage business planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance metrics (KPIs).

Collaborate with Senior Leadership :

Act as an individual contributor and work closely with the Senior Manager / President to drive key corporate projects forward.

Set and Monitor KPIs :

Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and success of key business initiatives.

Stakeholder Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and seamless project execution.

Strategic Initiative Management :

Oversee corporate projects, focusing on operational efficiency and delivering results.

Qualifications

Language Proficiency :

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience :

Strong background in business planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Proven Performance :

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set KPIs, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Industry Experience :

Preferably from a financial services background with a deep understanding of industry trends.

Independent & Self-driven :

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a corporate setting.
