JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES : -

Call Centre Officer / Recovery Officer :

  • Collect payments from delinquent customers.
  • Call customers using all approved methods of communication.
  • On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
  • Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
  • Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
  • Handle Banking & Telco clients

REQUIREMENTS : -

  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
  • Good communication skills (BM & English).
  • Self-discipline and Team player.
  • Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage
