JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES : -
Call Centre Officer / Recovery Officer :
- Collect payments from delinquent customers.
- Call customers using all approved methods of communication.
- On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
- Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
- Handle Banking & Telco clients
REQUIREMENTS : -
SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.Good communication skills (BM & English).Self-discipline and Team player.Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantageBENEFITS : -
