Overview

At Deloitte, we provide AI & Data consulting services across Southeast Asia, helping Japanese companies transform operations and improve competitiveness. We are looking for a Manager to lead client engagements, shape strategy, and deliver high‑value solutions across the region.

Key Focus Areas

Transition from data visualization to advanced analytics at scale.
Apply AI throughout the value chain, including R&D, manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions.
Scale AI penetration across client organizations within Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

Lead a mixed team of local and JD‑Centric members, managing projects and driving client development.

Develop high‑performing people, providing new and meaningful development opportunities.

Build productive relationships, communicate effectively, and build networks.

Align your team to key objectives, set priorities, and provide clear direction.

Make informed decisions that positively impact the firm’s financial performance and enhance quality of outcomes.

Influence stakeholders and teams positively, leading by example and providing equal opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Native‑level proficiency in Japanese with business‑level English, or native‑level proficiency in English with business‑level Japanese.

Desired Experience

Data Strategy, Process, and Architecture : Experience in data utilization strategies, data governance, data management processes, and architecture planning.

BI / Data Lake / DWH / Metadata Management / ETL : Consulting and implementation experience with BI tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI), data lakes, DWH, metadata management, ETL, MDM, customer data platforms, CDPs on GCP, AWS, Azure, and analytics / AI. AI Operations : Experience in MLOps, AI automations and leading projects, securing proposals, and demonstrating track record in consulting roles.

Regional Consulting : Proven experience in Southeast Asia consulting engagements, with a deep understanding of the local market and business culture.
