Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for day-to-day drawing activities to meet the requirements of the Customer Service Department.
  • Prepare section drawings and assembly drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • To support fellow drawing staff by providing general directions and / or assistance and implementing of all work scopes of Product Engineering Department.
  • To assists superior in handling new drawing and amending drawing as requested by Customer Service Department
  • Review and check the new inquires loaded with sufficient information before proceed for drawing by liaising with Customer Service Department.
  • Monitor and follow up with Customer Service Department on customers' new drawing inquires through email in order to ensure the drawing is accurate as per customer's specification.
  • To update and maintain the master copy drawing record by ensuring all new drawings or amended drawings are being converted into PDF file and filed accordingly by customer profile.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree and its equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a related field is an advantage.
  • Required Skill(s) : Drawing Standard, AutoCAD Drawing, Die Knowledge, Microsoft Excel.
