Senior / Lead Software Developer (Fullstack)

( The ideal candidate has 4 - 8 years full-stack experience in backend technologies and is able to work closely with other team members to build solutions that will meet business needs. You will work with a team of 10 people in web application development or SaaS product development. We are looking for individuals who can work independently in a software development project, at the same time collaborating with partners and other stakeholders in executing the technical requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities Work with other team members to execute software development projects. Provide input to solution architect to convert business requirements to technical requirements. Mentor and guide junior team members in software development best practices. Implement the highest level of coding standards to deliver quality work. Implement and enforce TDD / BDD practices in your daily work. Participate in stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews with the team. Lead development of software modules. Provide project updates to stakeholders on a weekly basis. Frequently touch-base with lead developer and rest of the team and escalate any foreseeable issues to prevent project roadblocks. Assist project managers and business analysts to maintain and implement incremental changes to code base as requested by clients. Provide technical support to end users in the event of software malfunction, downtime, or system bug. Adhere to industry’s software development best practices and standards.
