Monitoring of sinking funds and other post approval covenants.

Review of panel lawyers, valuers and insurers.

Safe‑keeping, monitoring, follow up and reporting related to security documents lodgment & documentation, collaterals, valuation and insurance for lending customers.

System update of facility limits and other information.

Discharge of charge and reassignments of properties.

Monitoring of Credit Applications (CA) movement, submission of CAs to Office of Directors (OOD) and distribution of CAs.

Perform follow up on cases pending perfection of charge and other outstanding security documents cases.

Monitoring of shares pledge of Bank as collateral, perform transfer of shared, make payment of dividend, reconciliations of shares and all other shares related functions.
