Job descriptionCoordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Manage resources effectively to ensure project deadlines and budget targets are met. Prepare relevant documents of the construction site, such as RFI / SIR, site activity log, copies of relevant construction drawings, etc. Conduct on-site inspections of various work items together with the client / supervisory consultant. Submit progress reports, daily activity records, checklists, and material delivery orders to the person in charge for compilation. Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. Able to coordinate with respective consultant to prepare solution proposal, to resolve the drawing discrepancy, construction methodology & etc. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Any other duties assigned by the Superior and / or the Management. To coordinate structural plans, architectural plans & M&E plans and details for coordination of works with respective trade of works. Other tasks assigned by direct superior
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering
- Project Engineer / Site Engineer : 2-5 years experience in construction, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Senior Role : Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Experience in highrise project will be added advantage
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
