Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required
  • Willingness to work on a 24H rotational shift schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

Customer Support : Manage inbound inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, including those related to driver or delivery partner performance, service quality, and order discrepancies.

Order Management : Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Policy Communication : Clearly communicate any changes in service policies, terms, or conditions to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.

Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a team environment to meet KPI targets.
