Key Responsibilities
- Assist with international student applications and documentation.
- Liaise with EMGS and Immigration for visa matters and compliance.
- Maintain and update student records accurately.
- Provide student support and guidance on arrival and during their studies.
- Assist with orientation, welfare, and communication with parents / students.
- Support the management team with other related administrative tasks.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Administration, Education, or related field.Prior experience in student affairs, administration, or visa processing is an advantage.Strong communication and organizational skills.Fluent in English (Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is an added advantage).Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with online systems.Able to work independently with attention to detail.Working Hours & Benefits
Part-time : 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling between Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm).Salary : RM 1,500 – RM 2,000 per month (depending on experience and hours).EPF & SOCSO contributions provided.Training and career growth opportunities.Job Type : Part-time
