Timely delivery of DHL packages worldwide, ensuring customer data security, is at the core of our work. You will lead motivated teams of OPMS product and BI Data modern cloud platforms. As the lead of the OPMS DevOps team, you will be responsible for product roadmap releases and operational excellence. You will also lead a team of BI data platform architects responsible for delivering platform roadmap milestones. To steer delivery, you will interact with Express Business partners, business product owners, and BI platform owners. Within IT Services, you will collaborate with departments to deliver the best service to business partners. You will report to the Head of Express Solution BI Domain.

• You will contribute to adherence to our agile methodologies, developing and implementing delivery plans with your team.
• You will assist stakeholders in planning and executing their backlog, monitoring the product roadmap with the product owner.
• You will perform capacity planning and manage resource gaps and surpluses proactively.
• You will support your team in removing obstacles.
• You will aim for service quality aligned with KPIs, reducing incidents, ensuring security, and maintaining 100% uptime.
• You will support talent growth by inspiring career development and executing development plans.
