JOB SCOPE :
- Attending to inbound, live chats and emails
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints / feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
REQUIREMENTS :
NO EXPERINCE NEED - Training will be provided
Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication
Start Date : 12th FEBRUARY 2025
Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay : Up to RM3,200.00 per month
