We are hiring on behalf of a leading Singapore-based immigration firm known for professionalism, growth, and a strong digital presence. We seek a talented Social Media & Video Editing Executive to lead content strategy and creation, focusing on Chinese-language platforms and audiences.

This is a remote, hands-on role where you'll manage the content calendar, drive creative production, and generate quality leads through well-crafted content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with brand goals and audience engagement.
• Write engaging Chinese copy for captions, ads, scripts, and storytelling content that is clear, smart, and on-brand.
• Create and edit content including short-form videos, visuals, infographics, tailored to each platform.
• Post 5+ times per week across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Generate and nurture leads through engaging content, collaborating with the sales team to support conversions.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments within 2 working days, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Maintain SOPs for content production and performance tracking; report results monthly (followers, leads, reach, engagement, revenue impact).
