Benefits Specialist Why Join : As a Benefits Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing employee benefits that support the wellbeing and growth of our people. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a strategic approach to benefits management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop benefits programs that meet those needs. You'll also need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions about benefits design and implementation.
What you do
Designing and implementing employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives, retirement plans, and other benefits
Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform benefits design and implementation
Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop benefits programs that meet those needs
Developing and managing benefits budgets and forecasts
Communicating benefits information to employees and stakeholders
Who you are
A degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
At least 3 years of experience in benefits management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
A strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Knowledge of benefits laws and regulations, including employment standards and tax laws
