Responsibilities
Provide and post sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain good working relationship with customers by providing solutions and advice based on clients’ needs and requirements.Prepare proposal, solution demo and follow up with customers.Review project specifications, schematic drawings and product selection for proposal.Explore & develop new business opportunities.Support software technical support for IIOT, SIOT, and PaaS solutions.Support technical issues for DFSI & customers based in Malaysia.Project Management, dealing with internal operations for delivery dates, partner negotiation, sales co‑visit and ensuring that sales commitments on technical points are achievable.Provide software technical support including WISE‑PaaS to ASEAN region.Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanization / Mechanical) or equivalent.At least one- or two‑years’ experience in technical support and after‑sales services.Understand well about industrial protocol, system integration and basic wiring knowledge.Knowledge in SCADA system and Industrial Protocol would be an added advantage.Passionate, meticulous and tech‑savvy.Enthusiastic about learning new technology and strong commitment to customer service.Strong creativity & clear understanding of the system’s architecture to generate solutions to cater to customer’s need.Analytical, self‑motivated and a good team player.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Required language(s) : English in both speaking and writing.
