- Contribution to the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement of existing ones
- End-to-end development involvement across all project phases : requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Operational support of the ITSM tool in collaboration with the Service Manager, including monitoring and incident management
- Design, development, and enhancement of tools and interfaces under the responsibility of the IT Service Management team
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and business applications to enhance workflow automation and data consistency.
- Application of agile methodologies (, SCRUM) throughout the development process
- Administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage the ServiceNow upgrade process, including testing and validation, to ensure compatibility and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement all security recommendations suggested by ServiceNow, actively monitor the security state of the platform, and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard against vulnerabilities
- Monitor and analyze platform usage and performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

- Service Request Management (Ordering) – incl. Service Catalogue (SNow)
- License Management
- Monitoring, Availability and Capacity Management
- User Administration (esp. Admin roles)

- Management of digital learning platform incl. Knowledge Base articles

Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience and good knowledge in the administration of Service catalogs and ITSM processesGood knowledge of ServiceNow (certifications as Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Applications developer)Good knowledge of IT service management processes according to ITILGood knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, databases such as Microsoft SQLStrong Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP, PowershellProblem-solving skills and an independent, priority-based way of workingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFun to familiarize yourself with new topicsGood English knowledgeYour Benefits
