Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Bukit Bintang City Centre. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR functions, implementing HR strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting employee development and engagement. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with management to align HR practices with business goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong Personnel Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
