JIT Inspector (QC & QA)

Job Description

The role involves conducting flange joint inspection activities, verifying joint assembly / disassembly, and preparing work permits. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years’ experience as JIT Inspector, with at least 3 plant Turnaround projects, and in-depth knowledge of BFJI inspection works in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.

• Conduct flange joint inspection activities and verify joint assembly / disassembly.
• Prepare work permits, monitor work progress, and expedite requirements on-site.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as JIT Inspector, with at least 3 plant Turnaround projects.
• In-depth knowledge of BFJI inspection works in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.
• Required to pass Contractor Competencies Assessments (CCA) or Joint Integrity Competencies Assessments (JICA).
• Must hold valid NIOSH AESP certification.
• Must have a valid Oil & Gas Safety Passport (OGSP).
