KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Handling Sales Transactions

Record and process all customer payments accurately via cash and e-wallet.

Issue receipts to customers after payment is made.

Providing Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and assist in answering inquiries related to prices, promotions, or products.

Resolve customer complaints professionally or refer to higher authority if necessary.

Managing the Counter and Surrounding Area

Ensure the payment counter is always clean, organized, and in good condition.

Arrange promotional materials, plastic bags, receipts, and other necessities at the counter.

Cash Reporting and Management

Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift.

Report any discrepancies or errors to the supervisor immediately.

Submit daily sales proceeds according to company SOP.

Maintain discipline and personal appearance while on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Able to communicate well and possess a customer-friendly attitude.

Experience as a cashier is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Able to handle work pressure, especially during peak hours.

Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
