Job descriptionDevelopment : Develop automation solutions tailor to specific project requirements, utilizing PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems. Project Managing : Managing on hand automation projects from kick-off to project completion. Having full awareness on project scope, maintaining project timeline, and ensuring successful implementation within budgetary constraints. Testing and Validation : Conduct testing and system validation to ensure system functionality, reliability, and within project scope of work. Making necessary adjustments and enhancements along project execution. Setting to Work & Commissioning : Travel to site project location, executing work on site during pre-SAT and commissioning stage. Troubleshooting and Maintenance : Provide technical support for existing systems or on client request. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner within job order. Documentation : Create documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals,and standard operating procedures following project requirements and specification. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation or any related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Responsible for project kick-off, development, setting to work or commissioning stage.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, FBD or related language. Ability to understand and design electrical schematic drawing using available CAD software in the market.
- Project Management : Adequate amount of management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and efficiently communicate with project stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability and Technical Mindset Centric : Able to solve problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues methodically.
- Communication : Effective in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within automation team, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
