Role Description
We’re looking for a marketing-driven Video Editor & Videographer (Creative Strategist) to take charge of producing compelling, conversion-focused ad creatives for our e-commerce brands.
This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who can balance creativity with performance marketing strategy. You’ll conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content—specifically Meta ads—that capture attention, drive clicks, and scale revenue.
Working closely with our marketing team and viewing your work through a marketing lens, you’ll use data insights to craft multiple ad variations, refine creative hooks, and push the boundaries of direct-response advertising. If you’re equal parts creative strategist and hands-on content creator, this role is made for you.
Responsibilities :
- Creative Strategy : Develop video ad concepts tailored for Meta (Facebook / Instagram), with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
- Videography : Plan, film, and direct shoots—whether in-studio, outdoors, or product-focused—to capture high-quality, engaging visuals.
- Video Editing : Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing ads (Reels, Stories, UGC-style, long-form cutdowns).
- Ad Variation & Testing : Produce multiple ad versions optimized for A / B testing and scaling winning creatives.
- Storytelling with Hooks : Identify and create strong opening hooks that maximize watch time and click-through rates.
- Data-Driven Creativity : Collaborate with the performance marketing team to analyze ad performance and iterate future content.
- Trendspotting : Stay ahead of industry and platform trends to keep creatives fresh, engaging, and competitive.
- Content Repurposing : Adapt and reformat existing footage into new creative assets to maximize asset lifespan.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with brand, creative, and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals.
- Other ad-hoc creative tasks that help the company succeed.
