What You'll Do :
- Manage key accounts and ensure strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare and analyze reports, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and clinic teams to support campaigns and promotions
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and grow account revenue
- Ensure timely follow-up, invoicing accuracy, and client satisfaction
- Support internal planning, budgeting, and financial strategy
- Mentor junior execs and share your expertise with the team
