Job Descriptions
Prepare and generate accurate sales quotations in a timely manner.
Support tender submissions in collaboration with the sales team and ensure timely submission before the closing date.
Process customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure efficient after-sales service and support.
Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding product-related inquiries, availability, and pricing.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to support order fulfillment and minimize discrepancies.
Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries with clear and helpful information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Handle inbound and outbound calls via the business sales hotline, addressing customer queries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to support project installations and service delivery.
Liaise with the Finance department regarding job status, billing matters, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into internal systems such as CRM platforms and ERP systems.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and management.
Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the department lead.
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written.
