Inside Sales Support Executive

Job Descriptions

• Prepare and generate accurate sales quotations in a timely manner.
• Support tender submissions in collaboration with the sales team and ensure timely submission before the closing date.
• Process customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure efficient after-sales service and support.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding product-related inquiries, availability, and pricing.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to support order fulfillment and minimize discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries with clear and helpful information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls via the business sales hotline, addressing customer queries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to support project installations and service delivery.
• Liaise with the Finance department regarding job status, billing matters, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into internal systems such as CRM platforms and ERP systems.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and management.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the department lead.
