Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Network Engineer
to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures. You will play a key role in both
pre-sales and post-sales support
working with cutting-edge technologies from leading vendors such as
Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network solutions (LAN / WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routing & Switching).

Provide

pre-sales technical support

including solution design, proposal development, and customer presentations.

Lead

post-sales implementation

configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).

Perform network performance optimization, security audits, and risk assessments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, project management, vendors) to ensure successful project delivery.

Respond to and resolve critical network incidents in a

high-pressure environment

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
