Answer customer enquiry in relation to ON-LINE shopping of products and services in Shopee / Lazada and so on
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Understand what customer needed and suggest various product option that available
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- With / Without experience are acceptable
- Working in air-conditioning Office Room
