Job description

We are looking for an experienced

Oracle ADF Application Developer

to join our Software Engineering team in the Insurance industry. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications using Oracle ADF to meet business requirements. You are expected to work independently, contribute in team discussions, and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure applications using

Oracle ADF

Deliver high-quality solutions and independently drive development tasks.

Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

Manage

Configuration & Release Management

with intermediate proficiency.

Support

Design & Build Enablement

and

Build Management

activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve application performance.

Stay updated on

Oracle ADF best practices, tools, and trends

Continuously learn and enhance technical expertise to support the team's capability.

Key Skills & Requirements

3–6 years

of experience in application development.

Strong hands-on experience and

intermediate proficiency in Oracle ADF

(mandatory).

Good understanding of

Configuration & Release Management

Exposure to

Design & Build Enablement

and

Build Management

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in the

Insurance industry

is an advantage.
