Overview
Senior Analyst serving a critical role in facilitating collaboration and engagement between various departments and multiple Business Units spanning multiple countries. The primary responsibility is to drive continuous improvements in all business applications, prioritizing ERP framework while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze ERP business needs and propose solutions that could include configuring Microsoft NAV modules, developing customizations, and changing or developing new processes, or a combination of the three.
- Assist the business to use Microsoft Dynamics NAV to analyze business processes and ensure they are running as efficiently as possible while utilizing industry best practices to promote user self-sufficiency on the NAV system.
- Collaborate with developers to implement new functionalities and project deliverables, ensuring proper testing and user training.
- Provide IT support to Malaysian operations, with leadership in the US.
- Utilize a help desk ticketing system for NAV-related issues, coordinating with the requestor and other working groups to ensure clear communication, hand-off, and follow-through.
- Coordinate with IT staff in Malaysia, the division, and corporate for infrastructure activities to ensure compliance with Corporate policies and protect assets from cybersecurity threats.
- Run quarterly IT SOX audits for User Access and Custom Changed objects for Malaysia and the business.
- Recommend and implement user and group permissions in multiple business systems and ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are efficient and compliant.
- Design, test, and implement analytics solutions to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Perform other related tasks as deemed necessary by the business.
Qualifications
