Job description

Prepare and submit quotation, tender and contract when required.

Taking off, preparing Bills of Quantities Negotiate with subcons & suppliers.

Conduct & prepare cost estimates for construction projects including materials, labour & equipment.

Liaise with client, suppliers & sub-contractor.

Prepare and issue Letter of Award for Sub-contractor works.

Process & prepare progress claim, progress report, variation order (VO), work programme, method statement, final account, PTW, material approval and others related documents.

Attend project site meetings, site valuation and site visit.

Prepare costing comparison between supplier & estimated cost.

Able to used microsoft office & microsoft project.

Having an experience at least 2 years.

Having a driving license .

Male / Female are encourage to apply.
