Job Descriptions :
Responsible to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with statutory regulations, and implementing best practices.
Possess a strong leadership, analytical skills and expertise in payroll management, taxation, and labour laws. The ideal candidate will drive process improvement, manage a payroll team, and collaborate with HR, Finance and external vendors or auditors.
- Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, allowances, and employee record management.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirement, local and overseas payroll, including tax filing and reporting.
- Manage year-end payroll activities, including generate EA, E form, Tax audit etc.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define role, set performance expectation, and conduct regular review.
- Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Optimize payroll process for efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Generate payroll reports for management, audits, and financial report.
- Ensure data integrity and security in payroll records.
- Liaise with external payroll providers, tax agencies and auditors.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other department on payroll-related matters.
- Ensure internal controls and compliance for payroll operations.
- Lead internal and external payroll audits, addressing findings and recommend for improvement plan.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline.Minimum 7-8 years working experience in Payroll or relevant.Able to monitor a team of more than 10 staff.Proficient in Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.Detail oriented, with quick numerical and mathematical mind.#J-18808-Ljbffr
