Senior Engineer - M365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune (Mandarin Speaking)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune while being fluent in Mandarin. This role is essential in driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration across platforms.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode : Work from anywhere

What You'll Do

Design and implement solutions using M365 tools including SharePoint and Teams.
Manage and optimize Intune configurations for device management.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M365 technologies.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
