Assist in leasing all retail spaces and shop lots.
Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
Source & participate in lease negotiations, identify and secure prospective tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
Handling all tenancy administrative matters, including preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements.
Manage tasks related to the handover and coordination of the vacant possession process.
Establish & maintain good landlord-tenant relationships with existing and potential tenants.
Ensure timely renewal of tenancy agreements and maintain updated records of deposit listings and collections.
Attend to tenants’ and prospects’ leasing inquiries, requests, comments, and complaints.
Handle tenancy-related matters, including negotiations and issuance of legal documentation.
Carry out any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements :
Preferably holds a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Retail Management, Economics, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related field, preferably with a background in shopping mall management, retail, or event management.
Knowledge of retail management is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
