MYR 2,500 - 3,500 per month (inclusive of base & OT) for technician level About the Role

The Equipment Operation & Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of Linergy Power’s production facilities by managing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. This position involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of equipment performance to minimize downtime and support high-quality production output. Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain factory equipment and utility systems to ensure stable performance. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and power distribution units. Diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs, and escalate unresolved problems to supervisors. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, operational data, and spare parts usage. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and maintenance schedules. Support production continuity by responding promptly to equipment failures or performance deviations. Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in equipment maintenance within manufacturing, energy, or related industries. Hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including utility equipment and distribution systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proactive, reliable, and able to follow work instructions and safety protocols diligently. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required. Seniority level
