Job descriptionCoordinate with the finance team on payments, cash flow, and project reports. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, progress claims, variation orders, and evaluate claims. Handle contract awards, review documents, and recommend contractor payments. Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including cost monitoring, site valuations, and final accounts. Support contract-related tasks and resolve any contractual issues. Track changes in project scope, process variation orders, and apply for time extensions when needed. Get quotes from contractors and suppliers for budgeting and cost analysis. Work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Attend site measurements, valuations, and meetings as required. Prepare and verify payment certificates and finalize project accounts. Working Hours : 8am - 5pm SOCSO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Contract Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- Company will be based in Seremban and Project site will be based in Kelantan
- 0–3 years of related work experience.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
- Support team development through planning, mentoring, and succession strategies.
