Job Type : Full Time

Salary : RM 1800 – RM 4500 (depends on title, experience and qualification, negotiable)

Responsibilities (Assistant Principle)

• Ensure implementation of lessons plan as appropriately
• Ensure health, safety & compliance
• Lead centre and initiate centre growth
• Implement developmentally-appropriate activities for babies and toddlers based on lesson plan
• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for babies and toddlers
• Observe and document each child’s milestones progress and needs to prepare periodic assessment report
• Communicate closely with parents on daily routines, milestones, and achievements
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards of classroom area at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Organise & participate in school events e.g. family day, celebrations, parents-teacher meeting
• Assist children during meal, changing, nap, and playtime as needed
