Job Summary : The HR Executive is responsible for managing a broad range of Human Resource and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations, ensuring payroll and statutory compliance, and maintaining a productive and compliant workplace environment. Key Responsibilities : HR Operations : -Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals. -Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with relevant laws and regulations. -Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. -Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner. -Handle statutory contributions and payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax) and ensure compliance with local labour regulations. -Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to relevant stakeholders. -Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. -Compile and verify the monthly attendance records of foreign workers and submit the finalised report to the designated vendor. HR Administration : -Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management and vendor coordination. -Manage the procurement of office supplies and services to ensure uninterrupted operations in accordance with the approved budget. -Maintain and update office policies and administrative procedures. -Address employee queries and grievances related to administrative issues. -Support overall compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Requirements : -2–4 years of experience in an HR-related role with administrative and payroll responsibilities. -Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and statutory compliance. -Experience in payroll processing and statutory payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management abilities. -Proficient in Google Workspace and HRIS software. -High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
