Landscape Site Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day project activities at the site in logical steps to meet deadlines from conception to completion.
Monitor project progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Able to supervise and monitor construction workers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address queries and provide progress updates Coordinate site detail, inspection, and measurement taking
Prepare relevant reporting and documents for progress claim Ensure that all works executed follow drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures
Prepare and update monthly reports, verify progress reports, and attend site meetings

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or diploma in landscape architecture, landscape horticulture, landscape construction management, or a related field is often preferred.

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a landscape construction leadership role

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and techniques

Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and motivate teams
