Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Clerk to join our team If you're passionate about people, organized, and eager to learn, this is the perfect role to start your career.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave applications
  • Assist with recruitment (job posting, interview scheduling, onboarding)
  • Support payroll updates (employee data, wage adjustments, leave balances)
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Manage office supplies, uniforms, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare and circulate memos, notices, and internal communications
  • Ensure office facilities and equipment are well-maintained
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for HR & admin tasks
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
