The Role : Social Media and Communications Intern We’re a small but mighty HR advisory and leadership training company. We don’t do boring HR. We do bold strategies, honest conversations, and leadership development that actually sticks. Now we need someone to help us show up online the way we show up in real life. Consistent. Authentic. What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Refresh and level up our social media presence, especially on LinkedIn ✅ Create engaging content such as graphics, carousels, and captions ✅ Rework our website and help make it easier to read and navigate ✅ Support our brand tone and communication strategy ✅ Come up with creative campaign ideas to tell our story and connect with the right people ✅ Work with our partners to design workshop and event visuals ✅ Support and contribute to any additional projects or initiatives that are critical to the company’s success and strategic goals You’re Probably a Great Fit if You

• Have a good eye for visuals and know your way around Canva or PowerPoint
