Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. CPA / ACCA / MIA certification preferred
2. Experience
Minimum 2 years in finance; manufacturing or multinational company experience is a plus.Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.3. Skills
Advanced Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros) and financial software proficiency.Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.Familiarity with daily bookkeeping and cash handling procedures4. Languages
Fluent in English and Mandarin (for cross-border communication).Basic Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.5. Attributes
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle pressure.Excellent teamwork and communication skillsResponsibilities
1. Daily Document Management
Organize, record, bind, and archive daily financial documents (e.g., reimbursement forms, purchase / sales invoices).2. Sales Invoice Issuance
Handle issuance of company sales invoices.3. Journal Preparation& Bookkeeping
Prepare bank and cash journals based on original documents and payment records.Handle daily accounting entries and basic cashier duties.Prepare financial reports and assist auditors with annual reports.4. Financial System Data Entry
Proficient in ERP and business systems for data entry (e.g., purchase order processing).5. Tax Filing
Responsible for filing corporate income tax, estimated tax (CP204), personal income tax, and other related taxes.6. Other Tasks
Coordinate with headquarters for accounting and tax matters; liaise with external agencies (e.g., government, banks)Benefits
