i) Handling of all loans whether Conventional or Islamic or Retail or Corporate; (ii) Handling of all sales and purchase transactions whether Sub-sales or purchase from Developers; (iii) Handling of all court matters, eg. Probate / Letters of Administration, Divorce, attending to Case Management / Hearing and any matters incidental thereto; (iv) Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies; (v) Preparation of status report; and (vi) Any other works assigned to you by the Firm from time to time. Account Admin Clerk (For KL Gateway Office)

i) To assist the Head of dept on the routine accounting works (which covers for preparing invoice, official receipt, prepare payments to suppliers and etc). ii) Ad hoc registering the incoming new case (encompasses the printing of all the required documents for all the respective departments); iii) Attending queries by the respective staff during the absence of the head of dept; iv) To monitor and replenish the day-to-day usage of all the require stationeries (pen, pencil, printing paper etc.). Upon required to replenish the stock accordingly; v) Assisting in recording all incoming and outgoing mails as well as working with dispatch boys on the outgoing and incoming delivery activities Qualifications and Requirements

Conveyancing Lawyer

i) Possess valid practicing certificate ii) Experience in conveyancing and commercial transaction iii) Detailed oriented and highly organized iv) Ability to work independently v) Ability to manage files simultaneously vi) Possess own transport Account Admin Clerk

i) Candidates must possess a diploma in office management , business administration , STPM or related field ii) Candidate should possess strong organization skills, be meticulous, and multitask effectively iii) Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and responsible , efficient, and proactive iv) Candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision and independently
