Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager (Chinese speaking) to spearhead our sales efforts for Textile & Apparel Industry in Ho Ch Minh Vietnam, for a "big and famous company".

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting distributors within the home appliances Textile & Apparel Industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the industry, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in an independent, home-based work environment.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively promote and sell company product
Cultivate and expand relationships with Brands, Tier 1 in the Textile & Apparel
Leveraging existing connections and building new partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape, adapting the sales approach accordingly.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company revenue targets.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine the sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications :

Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably with Textile & Apparel, Logistic and related products / services or any industries if you speak fluently Chinese

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and manage client relationships.

Self-driven and disciplined to work independently in a home-based setting, demonstrating a high level of motivation and accountability.

Experience with consultative selling, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions.

Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
