Job Description

Lead all tech projects involving planning, design, configuration, testing & support and project management.
Accountable for all creation, maintenance, and ongoing integration infrastructure on cloud and on-premises.
Manage, enhance, and deploy DevSecOps services.
Automate workflows between GitHub, App Sec tools, and AWS services.
Familiar with agile software development principles such as Scrum and TDD and modern application concepts.
Understand customer and project requirements and translate to tech implementations.
Automate and monitor system and service uptime.
Ensure site reliability for the POS ecosystem.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, analysts, and other TPMs to ensure we do things right and on time.
Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve the way of working.
Work collaboratively with the business analyst and ensure compliance with business policies and procedures.
Enjoy working in a fast-moving transformation journey.
Adapt, simplify, and act quickly based on business needs.
Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in DevSecOps and CloudOps.

Qualifications in computer science, engineering, or similar technical studies.

Proficient in one of the scripting languages like shell, Python, etc.

Publish and implement CI / CD best practices.

Set up IaC pipelines and move to a fully automated deployment pipeline.

Troubleshoot, identify, and fix issues along with the dev team.

Familiarity with modern agile practices.

Lead the Ops stream for the hybrid ecosystem.

Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed and able to juggle between different projects / tasks to achieve common outcomes for the company.

Willing to be placed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a contract basis.
