Job descriptionCandidate must possess full or part professional qualification of ACCA or MICPA, bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of related working experience for audit semi-senior. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as audit junior. Those with extensive experience but without the necessary qualification are also encouraged to apply. Good communication skills, mature, pleasant personality and a good attitude towards work. Highly motivated with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines. Computer literate; knowledge of Audit Express software is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel. Able to work in a deadline-driven environment. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of statutory audit assignments for clients ranging from various industries.
- Finish and prepare audit working papers and audited financial statements.
- Analyse and highlight the risk areas for audit planning.
- Prepare tax computations and deferred taxation as provisions to the financial statements.
- Complete assignments independently with minimal supervision and lead audit juniors on small assignments.
- Liaise with clients on all aspects of audit assignments.
